Part-Time Maintenance & Recieving Associate

Home Run Inn Pizza in Darien is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance & Receiving Associate to support daily operations. This role is responsible for unloading deliveries, organizing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Schedule
- Part-time: 25–30 hours per week
- 4–5 days per week
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Must be available for early mornings
- Heavier workload on Mondays and Thursdays (main delivery days)
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inventory:
- Unload delivery trucks and organize incoming inventory
- Ensure products are properly stored and rotated
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas
Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness of:
- Dining room, bathrooms, and game room (3x per week – typically Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
- Basement/storage areas (1x per week)
- Perform deep cleaning of equipment (2x per month), including:
- Coolers
- Ovens
- Fryers
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (40+ lbs)
- Ability to stand for extended periods. (up to 5 hours).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Previous maintenance, cleaning, or receiving experience is a plus (preferred)
- Must be at least 16 years of age
