Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system components to detect anomalies and provide timely resolutions, contributing to the overall stability and performance of business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of software components.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Configuration Management (CM).
- Strong understanding of software lifecycle and configuration management principles.
- Experience with version control systems and change management processes.
- Ability to analyze system configurations and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Familiarity with automation tools related to configuration and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Configuration Management (CM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
