Catch22 include is an alternative education provider for young people, over 700 vulnerable young people with challenging behaviours are supported through independent alternative education schools or via a range of tailored support programmes delivered in school or off-site. Include schools provide an alternative to mainstream schooling, whereby multiple barriers to learning have previously affected engagement and access to education

Catch22 include Norfolk is an Ofsted registered independent school. It provides full-time, alternative, secondary education for young people who have been excluded from their previous school or pupil referral unit, or who need additional support to what is offered by a mainstream setting.

Job Description

  • To plan, deliver and manage specific subject area learning programmes for learners aged 13-16 ensuring tracking and progressions is centered in the middle of your practice, allowing the development of complex and vulnerable students, including personal development.
  • To be part of a team to manage behaviour and the complex needs of students.
  • Be responsible for the production of Schemes of Work that meet the academic and pastoral needs of all our pupils. These must be always maintained and be ready for inspection.
  • To produce and be responsible for good outcomes for pupils within the lessons you teach, this will be reflective in the school’s outcome and qualification data at the end of each academic year.

Additional Information

Salary: £31,775 - £41,000

Contract: Full-time Permanent
