Job Description
Provide the delivery of proactive and flexible people services by providing relevant and appropriate people support to the executive team, managers and employees, whilst driving best practices and ensuring compliance with all company procedure, policies and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations:
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems.
• Process payroll changes, benefits administration, and compliance documentation.
2. Employee Engagement & Experience:
• Support the design and execution of initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction.
• Coordinate employee surveys, analyze results, and recommend actionable insights.
• Plan and execute events, celebrations, and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
3. Talent Development:
• Assist with performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
• Partner with managers to provide guidance on career development and succession planning.
4. HR Metrics & Reporting:
• Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports to track key metrics such as turnover, headcount, and engagement.
• Use data-driven insights to recommend process improvements and inform decision-making.
5. Collaboration:
Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, offering advice and resolving concerns effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced tech or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HRIS systems.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations relevant to.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on employee-centric solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Passion for fostering an inclusive and dynamic workplace culture.
