As part of our Design + Planning Team in Charlotte, you’ll work closely with Landscape Architects, Project Managers, and Professional Engineers to support the design and technical execution of projects. This role is ideal for a licensed, early-career professional ready to transition into greater responsibility, contribute to project delivery, and continue developing technical expertise and professional confidence.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience
- Licensed Landscape Architect
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited school, or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, AutoCAD Civil3D, Geopak, and/or related technical software
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Proficiency in SketchUp or other modeling software
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong understanding of site design, grading, planting, and construction documentation
- Ability to translate design concepts into coordinated, buildable plans
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance / quality control standards
- Working knowledge of zoning, codes, accessibility, and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and consultants
- Experience tracking tasks, budgets, and schedules with Project Manager oversight
- Ability to take initiative, communicate proactively, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Preferred:
- Experience supporting client meetings and agency coordination
- Experience delegating or guiding junior staff on production tasks
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes and plan review standards
