About the Role

Mercier Consultancy is delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for a French Tech Support Specialist to join a leading online gaming platform based in Athens, Greece. This role comes with fully paid relocation, providing an exciting chance to live and work in a vibrant city while delivering top-level technical support to French-speaking gamers.

As a key member of the support team, you will assist users in troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless gaming experience. If you are passionate about gaming, technology, and customer service, this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support in French to users of the online gaming platform
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to game performance, connectivity, account management, and platform features
  • Document reported issues and solutions clearly and promptly
  • Collaborate with development and engineering teams to escalate complex problems
  • Guide users on platform features and best practices to enhance their gaming experience
  • Stay updated on game updates, patches, and changes to gaming technology
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve technical knowledge and customer service skills
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; please specify your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Strong passion for online gaming and familiarity with gaming platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in the gaming or tech industry
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens with full relocation support provided
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
