About the Role

Help Shape VSolvit’s Next Chapter!

About VSolvit

VSolvit is a technology partner trusted by the Navy, Marine Corps, and federal agencies to modernize legacy systems, strengthen cyber defenses, and advance decision superiority through AI/ML, DevSecOps, and cloud-native solutions. With deep data and systems intimacy built over 18+ years, VSolvit is uniquely positioned to drive modernization at the heart of U.S. defense readiness.

The company is at an important inflection point. With more than 70% of revenues generated through unrestricted wins, excellent CPARS, a strong pipeline, and a $500M+ backlog, VSolvit is scaling rapidly beyond its small business roots into a prime contractor of choice for the Department of Defense. With a targeted revenue goal of reaching $250M over the next few years, we are focused on strengthening the leadership, infrastructure, systems, and capabilities needed to support our next stage of growth.

This is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of VSolvit as we continue delivering AI/ML, DevSecOps, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions to Navy, Marine Corps, DoD, and federal clients.

This may include strengthening operations, improving delivery infrastructure, supporting enterprise growth, expanding margin performance, integrating acquisitions, adopting AI and automation, building scalable systems, or helping leadership teams execute more effectively.

These opportunities are designed for people who have been part of organizations that successfully navigated growth, complexity, and organizational maturity - and who want to bring that experience to VSolvit as we continue scaling beyond our small business roots.
