Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading Social Media Giant in Athens, Greece. This fully paid relocation role invites you to be part of a dynamic team providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking users across the platform.
As a key member of the customer service team, you will assist users with account inquiries, content issues, and technical support, ensuring a seamless and positive social media experience. Your fluency in Spanish and strong communication skills will be essential in maintaining the platform's excellent service standards.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service in Spanish
- Assist users with account management, troubleshooting, and content-related inquiries
- Resolve user issues promptly and professionally, adhering to company guidelines
- Document interactions and solutions accurately in the customer support system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
- Stay informed about platform updates, policies, and best practices
- Support a positive and inclusive user community through excellent communication
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and procedures
