As a Customer Expert, you will provide dedicated support to Spanish-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience with the brand’s products and services.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support in Spanish through various channels
- Assist customers with product information, orders, servicing, and issue resolution
- Manage and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams for effective problem solving
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions
- Participate in ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and improve service quality
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support or service roles, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric approach with professionalism and patience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with fully paid relocation
