About the Role

Mercier Consultancy is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our Client’s IT Support Helpdesk team in Greece. This role offers fully paid relocation to Greece, allowing you to be part of an international, dynamic environment while providing top-notch IT support.

As a Spanish-speaking IT Support Helpdesk Representative, you will assist customers with technical issues, troubleshoot software and hardware problems, and ensure timely resolution of IT-related inquiries. Your fluency in Spanish will enable you to communicate effectively with customers, delivering exceptional support and contributing to a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to Spanish-speaking customers
  • Troubleshoot IT hardware and software issues, including installation and configuration
  • Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the helpdesk ticketing system
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher level IT teams when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve complex technical challenges
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT support tools, software, and best practices
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with clear and concise communication
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  • Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles is preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of hardware, software, and networking basics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support provided
  • Ability to document and track issues meticulously using ticketing systems
  • Prior experience working in a multicultural or international environment is a plus
