Legal Counsel

Role Overview
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team and report directly to the General Counsel. In this role, you will be a key partner to business, product, and operations teams, providing practical, business-oriented legal advice across a wide range of matters.
You'll be working at the forefront of a rapidly evolving and cutting-edge industry, advising on novel technologies and emerging risks across the crypto and web3 ecosystem. What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, vendor contracts, and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
- Partner closely with sales, business development, and product teams to support deals and strategic initiatives
- Provide day-to-day legal support on product-related matters and new offerings
- Help develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal processes
- Advise on general corporate and operational matters as they arise
- Support compliance and privacy-related initiatives, including implementation of data protection frameworks
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify legal risks and provide pragmatic solutions
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house at a technology company
- English - Native-level.
- Strong experience handling commercial agreements, particularly SaaS and technology-related contracts
- Experience advising on data privacy matters, including GDPR, CCPA, and similar frameworks
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, takes initiative, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end
- Business-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to Have
- Experience working with crypto/web3 companies or strong familiarity with the ecosystem
- Familiarity with evolving digital asset and financial regulations, including MiCA, DORA, BSA/AML, and similar regimes in the US and Europe
- Experience with regulatory compliance matters
- Experience with labor and employment law
