Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to kickstart their career in the production industry and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist production team with daily tasks and activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate and manage schedules for shoots and meetings.
- Set up and break down production equipment and workspaces.
- Support talent and crew members with their needs on set or location.
- Handle administrative duties such as organizing documents and tracking inventory.
Qualifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in media or production is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of production equipment and terminology is preferred.
