Business Development Specialist

Description
This is not a typical sales role.
If you know how to build trust with professionals, stay top-of-mind over time, and turn relationships into consistent referrals, this role is worth your attention.
If you rely on scripts, quick closes, or transactional sales tactics—this is not the right fit.
What This Role Actually Is

- Industry associations and events
You will:
- Build new referral partnerships
- Strengthen existing relationships
- Represent EPIARX in person across the region
- Own and improve the CRM to track all BD activity and outcomes
You are not just “doing outreach.”
You are building a repeatable pipeline that drives real case volume.
What You’ll Be Measured On

- Consults generated from your efforts
- Increase in weekly case volume (DMV / Mid-Atlantic)
