Job Description

Looking for CPD opportunities, we've got you!

As our #AAA MDT team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Speech Pathologist to support participants across the Sutherland Shire region, covering Caringbah, Cronulla, and Lower St George, depending on where you’re based.

In this role you will: 

  • Manage a varied, community‑based caseload across homes, schools and outreach settings
  • Work with individuals across the lifespan, including early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents and adults
  • Support a range of needs such as feeding, early language, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC
  • Conduct observations and standardised assessments to develop meaningful, participant‑centred goals
  • Deliver evidence‑based therapy that builds communication, participation and independence
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes
  • Caseload will be tailored to your experience, interests and professional goals

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Current Speech Pathology Australia membership with SPA
  • Passionate about community‑based support for people with disability
  • Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
