Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to present an excellent opportunity for Danish Speaking professionals to work in Greece with fully paid relocation! Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with their inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve processes and deliver outstanding service.
  • Adapt to different challenges and provide tailored solutions to client needs.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; English language skills are advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, travel, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
