We love that you will…Support and improve plating and related manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiencyExecute process testing, DOE, and data analysis to identify root causes and optimize process parametersPrepare, monitor, and follow up test jobs, ensuring lead time, quantity accuracy, and proper documentationAnalyze defects and process issues using data, images, and preliminary inspectionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and EngineeringGenerate reports, summarize results, and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business targets
We love that you are…Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields)Fresh graduates are welcome, or up to 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing / process engineeringInterested in plating processes, chemical processes, or industrial manufacturing systemsStrong in analytical thinking and problem-solving, with a willingness to learn on the jobComfortable working in a manufacturing environment and able to handle multiple tasksProficient in MS Office (especially Excel) with good communication and teamwork skillsStrong communication skills in Thai & English
