PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• 負責廠區及專案之環安衛管理。
  Responsible for the environment, safety and health management of factories and projects.
• 召開廠區例行性環安衛月會及主導每月環安衛巡檢。
  Hold regular monthly factory environment, safety, and health meetings, and lead monthly environmental, safety and health inspections.
• 輔導及參與廠區緊急應變準備計畫、演練。
  Direct and participate in factory emergency preparedness plans and drills.
• 緊急應變車及應變器材每月檢點及保養維護事宜。
  Monthly inspection and maintenance of emergency vehicles and emergency equipment.
• 承攬商管理及不定期教育訓練。
  Contractor management and irregular education and training.
• 安全工作許可證、工作安全分析、施工安全防護計畫審核。
  Review of production safety license, production safety analysis, and construction safety protection plan.
• 擬訂廠區法規查核計畫並輔導查核。
  Develop factory regulations audit plan and provide guidance for the audit.
• 參與試車前及啟動前審查/變更管理，提供環安衛建議。
  Participate in pre-commissioning and pre-startup review/change management and provide environmental, safety and health advice.
• 危險性工作場所申請案及輔導廠區執行重評。
  Guidelines for applications for hazardous workplaces and reassessment of factory implementation.
• 環安衛相關程序或ISO45001及ISO14001推動與執行。
  Promote and implement environmental, safety and health related procedures or ISO45001 and ISO14001.
• 危害性化學品清單及安全資料表SDS的維護
  Maintenance of hazardous chemicals lists and safety data sheets (SDS).
• 廠區消防系統維護及管理
  Factory fire protection system maintenance and management
• 其他主管交辦事項。
  Other matters assigned by the supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1. 環工、安全衛生相關背景
• 2. 具三年以上工廠環安衛管理經驗 3
• 3. 具備乙級(含)以上之環安衛相關證照
• 4. 積極、認真、負責、抗壓，能獨立思考與執行工作
• 5. 甲種安全衛生業務主管或是安全衛生管理人員及防火管理人員證照尤佳
