Ihre Aufgaben

Der CIR Junior vertritt den Kunden (Flugzeugeigentümer) und fungiert als Schnittstelle zu den OEMs während der Endmontage des Flugzeugs unter der Aufsicht des Kundeninspektionsbeauftragten (CIR). Zu seinen Aufgaben gehören technische Aspekte (Flugzeugzelle, Triebwerke und Systeme), die Kabinenausstattung sowie die Abnahme und Auslieferung des Flugzeugs.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Vertretung und Unterstützung des Kunden bei jeder FAL-Präsentation und -Inspektion
• Teilnahme als Kundenvertreter an FAL-Koordinierungstreffen mit Airbus
• Abstimmung mit dem Airbus-Kundenmanager und dem FAL-Kundenmanager (FCM)
• Überwachung von QLBs, Konzessionen und Abweichungen
• Sicherstellen, dass Korrekturmaßnahmen entweder sofort während der Präsentation umgesetzt oder dokumentiert, verfolgt und später abgeschlossen werden.
• Erstellung zeitnaher und präziser Inspektionsberichte unter der Aufsicht des Kundeninspektionsbeauftragten
• Teilnahme an Präsentationen gemäß Kundenanforderungen
• Unterstützung des Kundeninspektionsbeauftragten während der Abnahme- und Lieferphase

Berichtslinie:
Operative Leitung durch den Kundeninspektionsbeauftragten; beide berichten an den General Manager New Aircraft Delivery Assistance.

Ausbildung und Erfahrung:

• Eine EASA Part-66 B1 Lizenz (oder eine gleichwertige Lizenz) ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
• A320 FAM-Qualifikation wünschenswert
• Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Militärbasen als Inspektor ist von Vorteil.
• Erfahrung als Inspektor in der Flugzeugproduktion ist von Vorteil.
• Mehr als 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Flugzeugproduktion, im Ingenieurwesen oder in der Wartung

Fachkenntnisse:

• Fundierte technologische Kenntnisse in der Luftfahrt, insbesondere in folgenden Bereichen:
  • Zelle
  • Aerodynamik und Flugsteuerung
  • Motoren
  • Flugzeugsysteme
  • Avionik und elektrische Installationen

Ihr Profil

• Knowledge of the aviation environment, particularly in the areas of security, flight safety and quality measures
• Intercultural competence and a strong customer focus
• Good organizational skills
• Teamwork skills and cooperative working style
• Proficient use of common computer programs, especially MS Office
• Knowledge of tracking tools (e.g., Airbus World, TLB, QLB) is an advantage.
• Strong customer focus (active listening, offering support and ensuring on-time delivery)
• Ability to identify, report, and ensure the correction of nonconformities
• Experience in creating reports (precise and concise)
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility regarding working hours and days, as well as resilience and good stress management
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
