About the Role
Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Dutch-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading electronics company in Greece. In this role, you will provide high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with product inquiries, technical support, and after-sales services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat concerning electronic products and services.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product-related issues and customer concerns.
- Stay updated on product developments, company policies, and industry trends.
- Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; good command of English is preferred.
- Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the electronics industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to the new work environment.
