About the Role
Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch Speaking Reservations Agent to support Booking.com operations in Greece. This role provides an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service in the travel and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle accommodation booking requests from Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Offer detailed information about available properties, booking terms, and Booking.com policies.
- Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve customer queries and issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and bookings using Booking.com's reservation platform.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure service quality and achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with online booking systems and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Willingness to work in Greece; relocation assistance may be discussed.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
