About the Role

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch Speaking Reservations Agent to support Booking.com operations in Greece. This role provides an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service in the travel and hospitality industry.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle accommodation booking requests from Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Offer detailed information about available properties, booking terms, and Booking.com policies.
  • Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and bookings using Booking.com's reservation platform.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure service quality and achieve customer satisfaction goals.
  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with online booking systems and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • Willingness to work in Greece; relocation assistance may be discussed.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
