About the Role

Your mission

We're hiring a Field Enablement Specialist to help unlock and scale our automotive partner channel. This role combines training, advisory, and advocacy - serving as a trusted partner in the field while bringing the voice of the customer back to our product team.

Our partners sell and deploy our technology into dealerships, service centers, and body shops. Your role is to ensure their end customers are successful. That means delivering effective training, supporting adoption on the ground and carrying feedback from the shop floor back to our product and go-to-market teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the automotive world - whether as a mechanic, service advisor, dealership technician, body shop lead, or similar - and can connect with technicians in the service bay with the credibility that drives adoption.

Partner enablement & training

  • Run train-the-trainer programs for our partners, enabling them to confidently train their own dealership and shop customers.
  • Travel to dealerships, service centers, and body shops (up to 50% of the time) to support rollouts, troubleshoot adoption issues, and ensure end users are set up for success.
  • Monitoring Usage & Behavior through our dedicated dashboards and proactively take action when needed.
  • Partner with partner sales teams, joining them in front of end customers to support the sales process through demos, training, and technical guidance.

Feedback loop

  • Be the voice of the shop floor internally. Bring structured feedback from mechanics, service advisors, and partners back to product, marketing, and sales leadership.
  • Identify adoption blockers early and work cross-functionally to resolve them - whether through product improvements, enhanced training, or better onboarding flows.

Your profile

Required
  • Direct automotive industry experience. You've worked in a dealership, service center, auto body shop, or similar environment, as a mechanic, technician, service advisor, shop manager, or in a compareable role. You understand the pace of a busy service lane and the realities of driving workflow change in a shop.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, including time in a customer-facing, training, or technical role (e.g., field service technician, trainer, customer successor, or similar).
  • Comfortable with technology. You don't need to be an engineer, but you can quickly learn new software and explain it in clear, simple terms.
  • Strong communicator and trainer. You are able to adapt your style to different audiences - from technicians to after-sales managers and beyond.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% across partner and end-customer sites.
  • Languages: German, English
  • Locations: Europe, primarily DACH

Why us?

  • People & Values: An autonomous company culture, where every employee can change the future! Work with a stellar team where you take over responsibilities from day one.
  • Your customized benefits package: Everyone’s needs are different – that’s why our benefits are flexible. You get a benefits budget and decide yourself how to use it, for example on:

  • --> or any combination of these

  • Events & Feel-Good Initiatives: Numerous company events throughout the year! Of course we also have snacks, fresh fruits and great drinks.
