About the Role

Residential Service Plumber – Midland, TX

Hourly Pay + Commission • Steady Work • Growing Team

We’re looking for a Residential Service Plumber in Midland who takes pride in their work, treats customers the right way, and can confidently diagnose and solve plumbing issues.


This is a great opportunity for a Tradesman or Journeyman plumber who enjoys service work and is comfortable communicating with homeowners and presenting solutions.

  • Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues 
  • Communicate findings clearly with customers 
  • Present repair and replacement options 
  • Deliver strong customer service on every call 
  • Maintain a clean and professional job site 


Requirements

 What We’re Looking For:

  • Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing License (Texas) 
  • Residential service plumbing experience 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills 
  • Comfortable presenting options and recommending solutions 
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset 

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license 
  • Clean driving record
