About the Role
Responsibilities
- Verify Currency-Linked Investment & Structured Deposit Trades.
- Perform Investment Account Opening
- For Structured Deposit & Singapore Government Securities (SGS) Products
- Perform trade order placement
- Handle the withdrawal/payout/maturity servicing
- Perform settlement and handle exceptions
- Perform verification of Cash-Related transactions for secondary market
- Participate in ad-hoc projects, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression testing, and Live Verification (LVs), ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. Occasional weekend support may be required.
- Maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Escalate operational risk incidents in a timely manner.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations is required, with a preference for candidates possessing product knowledge in Money Market and Investment products.
- Proven experience in various operational functions, including processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong IT literacy.
