Radiologic Technologist – Mammography Cross-Training Opportunity (Full-Time)

Location: 

Gate Parkway/Seven Pines (training) 

Jacksonville-area centers (future placement)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Precision Imaging Centers is growing!

We are seeking motivated Radiologic Technologists who are ready to advance their careers by cross-training in Mammography. This is a unique opportunity to gain specialized skills in a high-demand modality while working alongside a supportive, experienced team.

This position will be based at our Gate Parkway center for training, with future placement at one of our Jacksonville-area centers, including our new Seven Pines location opening later this year.

Training & Work Location:

• Initial training at Gate Parkway 
• Must be willing to commute between locations during training as needed 
• Minimum 6-month training period to achieve Mammography registration 
• Future placement may be at any Precision Imaging Centers location in the Jacksonville area 
• Must be willing to support and work at multiple locations once fully trained 

What You’ll Do:

• Obtain and review patient medical histories 
• Interpret physician orders and prepare for procedures 
• Educate and guide patients to ensure comfort and cooperation 
• Position patients and operate imaging equipment to capture high-quality images 
• Evaluate images for quality and accuracy 
• Assist radiologists with procedures as needed 
• Support team members and other modalities when needed 

What We’re Looking For:

• ARRT (R) certification required 
• BLS certification required 
• High School Diploma or GED 
• Strong interest in cross-training into Mammography 
• Strong communication and patient care skills 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 
• Venipuncture experience preferred (willing to train) 
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the day 
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
