Pay, Bonus & Incentives (Straightforward and Competitive)

  • Hourly Pay: $25.00 – $36.00/hr (based on experience & technician tier)
  • Monthly Proficiency Bonus: $100 – $300 
    • Based on billed vs. worked hours
  • $1,000 Sign-On Bonus 
    • $500 after 90 days
    • $500 after 6 months
  • Optional Commission Plan 
    • Up to 35% of labor for qualified technicians

What You’ll Do

  • Mobile repair and preventative maintenance on trailers and trucks
  • DOT/safety inspections
  • Brake, air, electrical, and structural repairs (based on skill level)
  • Work independently—with support when you need it

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Trailer and/or truck repair experience
  • Must obtain or already hold at least one HDT state certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Commitment to safe, quality repairs

Preferred

  • Welding and fabrication experience
  • Mobile service or fleet maintenance experience
  • Pride in workmanship and customer service
