Employment Type: Non-Exempt
PT Schedule: 24 hrs/week - 1 weekday + Open availability Sat–Sun
FT Schedule: 40 hrs/week - 3 weekdays + Open availability Sat–Sun
Position Summary:
The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalized shopping experience to each Bride-to-Be, ensuring they feel confident, celebrated, and supported throughout the process. This role requires excellent customer service, strong sales skills, and sharp attention to detail. Sales Associates must be self-motivated and confident, with a passion for creating memorable experiences and upholding the Luxe Brands standard of excellence.

Hourly Compensation: $17/hour, plus commission

- Guide brides through the gown selection process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of designers, fabrics, fits, and alterations.

- Process transactions and assist with inventory management.

Required Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Availability must align with the schedule expectations for the full-time or part-time position.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing high-stress, emotionally charged situations with guests.
- Must be able to read the room, adjust communication styles, and navigate social dynamics with professionalism and empathy.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or bridal.
- Proficient in software such as POS systems, CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.
- Strong English communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds (e.g., mannequins, boxes, and gowns).
- Reliable transportation is required.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of Google Drive.
- Experience with Apple products and macOS systems.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding weekly and monthly goals.
