About the Role

We are Canada Building Materials (CBM), a part of Votorantim Cimentos North America (VCNA).

Established principally in Ontario, Canada, St. Marys CBM is the building materials division of St. Marys Cement. Our CBM Ready-Mix division delivers top-quality ready-mix concrete for diverse construction projects. With operations in Ontario and Quebec, we provide reliable, efficient solutions for everything from residential builds to major infrastructure developments.

CBM Ready-Mix is seeking Ready-Mix Drivers, based in New Hamburg.

This position is a permanent full-time vacancy.

Hourly rate: $30.20 - $33.30

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform pre-trip inspections and other health and safety procedures
  • Deliver and unload concrete to customer sites
  • Be professional with customers/contractors
  • Operate trucks in a safe and consistent manner
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid DZ or AZ license + 3-year drivers abstract
  • Knowledgeable about the Highway Traffic Act
  • Experienced with manual transmission
  • Flexible scheduling and ability to work overtime hours
