The Junior Application Packaging Engineer supports the packaging backlog and routine application maintenance activities while developing deeper technical expertise in Intune, PowerShell, and DevOps‑based packaging.

This is a growth‑oriented role with strong mentoring from senior team members.

What You’ll Do:  

  • Assist in packaging, testing, and deploying applications under defined standards.

  • Perform basic troubleshooting of failed application deployments.

  • Maintain application inventories, version tracking, and deployment documentation.

  • Support routine updates and repackaging activities.

  • Learn and progressively contribute to PowerShell scripting and DevOps workflows.

What You Bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in desktop support, application packaging, or endpoint support.

  • Initial exposure to Intune administration.

  • Basic PowerShell knowledge or scripting fundamentals.

  • Basic understanding of ITIL terminology and service management concepts.

  • Familiarity with ticket‑based work and structured support processes.

  • Willingness to follow defined operational procedures and documentation standards.

  • Knowledge and experience with Artificial Intelligence solutions will be considered a plus, especially Microsoft Copilot.
