The Role

 As our Food Expo, you are the command center of the kitchen. You will act as the final set of eyes on every dish before it leaves the window, ensuring perfect presentation and accuracy. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Orchestrating Flow: Managing order tickets and timing to ensure a seamless transition from the line to the table.
  • Quality Control: Maintaining the highest standards of plate appearance and cleanliness on the expo line.
  • Communication: Acting as the primary liaison between the BOH culinary team and the service staff to resolve issues instantly.

Requirements

 What You’ll Need

  • Speed & Diligence: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability: Your own transportation and a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays are a must).
  • Physical Stamina: Able to lift over 50 lbs and stay on the move.
  • Experience: Prior experience is preferred, but a sharp eye for detail is essential.
