* Performing annual audits and quarterly financial reviews for startups companies

* Performing audits of income tax reports and declaration of assets

* Working according to US GAAP, IFRS and Israeli GAAP.

* Supporting IPOs of startups and growth companies.

* Supporting equity fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, exit transactions and due diligence.

* Accompanying capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, sales transactions (exit) and due diligence processes

Requirements

Skills and experience:

* Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

* Must be a certified public accountant.

* Must have at least 2 years of experience in performing external audits of Hi-Tech companies.

* Ability to work on a team and be organized and take initiative.

* Attentive to details and service oriented.

• מעבר בחינות מועצה- חובה

• ניסיון קודם של לפחות שנתיים בביקורת חיצונית על חברות ציבוריות- חובה

• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה- חובה

• זמינות לעבודה במשרה מלאה- חובה

• יכולת גבוהה לעבוד בצוות, יוזמה, סדר וארגון.

• יכולת ירידה לפרטים הקטנים ותודעת שירות גבוהה.
