Medical Team Lead
Location: Idaho Falls Medical Clinic

Grand Peaks Medical is seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Team Lead who is looking for long-term employment to join our dedicated team. The anticipated start date for this position is late June 2026, though timing may be adjusted based on hiring and onboarding needs.  At Grand Peaks, you’ll work alongside supportive nurses, providers, and administrative staff, caring for a diverse patient population in an environment that values teamwork, compassion, and high-quality care. Compensation is DOE, and we offer excellent benefits for full-time employees, including a 401(k) retirement plan.


 Position Overview
As a Medical Team Lead, you will serve as the primary clinical support for your assigned provider, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient care. This role requires flexibility to work the same schedule as your assigned provider.


Responsibilities:
Assist provider with nursing and administrative tasks; prepare patients for exams and procedures; administer medications and diagnostic tests; maintain clinical supplies and patient records; support scheduling and referrals; uphold confidentiality and workplace standards; support the team with all other daily operational and clinical tasks as needed; and perform other related duties.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current CMA, LPN, or RN certification
  • Ability to administer medications and IVs, take vital signs, and assist with various medical procedures
  • Minimum 2 years clinical/medical experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and patient care skills
