Production Shift Supervisor - Swing Shift

Description
The Production Supervisor is a hands-on leader responsible for keeping CNC machining operations running smoothly during their shift. This role works directly on the floor, operating machines, supporting operators, and solving problems as they arise. The Supervisor balances production goals with quality, safety, and team development, playing a key role in building strong processes as our machining capabilities continue to grow. This is not a desk role. Success in this position comes from being present, involved, and willing to jump in wherever needed to keep work moving.
