Vous avez pour missions principales

Assurer un accueil téléphonique aimable et efficace en anglais et en français

    • Filtrer les appels importants des démarchages divers
    • Identifier les contacts VIP
    • Prendre les messages avec coordonnées de l’interlocuteur

 

Assurer un accueil physique optimal en anglais et en français selon les différentes normes en vigueur (ISO, HSE…)

    • Prestations annexes (café, achat de viennoiserie…)
    • Mise en place corbeille de fruit quotidienne
    • Commande de plateaux repas, sandwichs
    • Assurer le suivi journalier et le réapprovisionnement des salles de réunion

 

Gestion du courrier 

    • Réception, tri, dispatch
    • Envoi des recommandés
    • Enregistrer et contrôler les colis et plis réceptionné

 

Tâches administratives diverses

    • Suivi planning de prêt de la flotte accueil
    • S’assurer du bon rangement des locaux de stockage liés à l’accueil
    • Bon de commande et validation de facture
    • Gérer les commandes et le stock de fournitures de bureau
    • documents à relier

 

Votre Profil 

  • De formation Bac+2 vous justifiez idéalement d’une première expérience sur un poste similaire.
  • Vous parlez anglais couramment.

 

Spécificité du poste

  • Poste du matin / après-midi en alternance une semaine sur deux  7h45 - 15h45 ou 10h - 18h)
  • Heures sup 25 jours par an (CP du binôme) horaires 8h – 12h30 / 13h30 – 18h du lundi au vendredi
