Junior Executive, Program Operations

<div><strong>The Role:</strong><br><br><strong>Shikho</strong> is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented <strong>Junior Executive</strong> to join our <strong>Program Operations</strong> team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of live &amp; recorded classes, including different sessions across our platform. You will coordinate with teachers, manage studio operations, and maintain the systems that keep our classes running on time and at the highest standard. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in operations within a fast-paced, mission-driven EdTech environment.<br><br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><br>• Prepare and ensure the readiness of the live class studio prior to every session.<br>• Manage live class operations across multiple platforms, including the Shikho App, Zoom, OBS Studio, Google Meet, and other relevant tools.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live classes, coordinating with the product team where required.<br>• Communicate class schedules with teachers and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution.<br>• Maintain consistent communication with teachers and arrange replacements promptly in the event of absences to prevent disruption.<br>• Record and maintain backups of live classes within Shikho's internal systems.<br>• Update class routines on time and ensure accurate entry of live classes in the application backend.<br>• Maintain operational tracking systems, including Excel sheets, catalog trackers, and supporting documentation.<br>• Oversee studio equipment maintenance, inventory management, and ensure all tools remain in optimal working condition.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure synchronized and seamless execution of all live class operations.<br><br><strong><br>Qualifications:</strong><br><br>• Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution; a background in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.<br>• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).<br>• Hands-on experience with, or a strong working knowledge of, OBS Studio, Zoom, or similar live streaming and class delivery tools.<br>• Foundational understanding of video and audio setup, streaming workflows, and online class delivery systems.<br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.<br>• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.<br>• Strong coordination and teamwork abilities across cross-functional teams.<br>• Composure and effectiveness under pressure and tight deadlines.<br>• Willingness to work flexible hours as required to support live class operations.<br>• High level of ownership, accountability, and reliability.<br>• Adaptability and a quick-learning mindset for new tools, technologies, and systems.<br><br><strong>The Important Bits:</strong><br><br>- Job Type: Contractual<br>- Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (or equivalent), 5 days a week<br>- Weekend: 2 days per week (roster-based)<br>- Location: Shikho Gulshan Campus<br>- Department: Program Operations<br>- Reporting To: Deputy Manager<br>- Gross Salary: BDT 20,000 per month<br><br><br></div><div style="border:none;border-bottom:none windowtext 1.0pt; padding:0in 0in 8.0pt 0in;background: white;"><p style="text-align:justify;line-height:137%;background:white; border:none;padding:0in;"><strong>About Shikho:</strong></p><div><br></div><p style="text-align:justify;line-height:137%;background:white; border:none;padding:0in;"><a href="https://shikho.com/" rel="noreferrer"><strong>Shikho</strong></a> is a Bangladeshi education technology start-up with a mission to democratise access to high-quality education.
