What we are offering:

A full time Stock Controller position, for our boutique in Kings Road.  
On a day-to-day basis at Maje, you will :

• Maintain an organised, clean, and efficient stockroom environment
• Manage stock intake, support with deliveries and transfers when needed all in line with company procedures
• Support the store manager and team with accurate stock counts and participate in regular inventory checks.
• Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies promptly to their line manager.
• Process and fulfil online orders accurately and within the agreed timeframes
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders following company guidelines
• Troubleshoot fulfilment issues and liaise with store manager and customer services when needed.
• Process online returns efficiently and within the company guidelines
• Work closely with the sales floor team to ensure product availability
• Communicate effectively with management regarding operational performance.

Recruitment process:
