Nurtury is seeking a Behavior Support Coach to coach teaching teams on routines, structure, and how to best implement behavioral support for the children in our care. You’ll model best practices, create action plans, observe and document progress, and guide teachers in building positive, inclusive learning environments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coach and mentor teaching teams 
  • Develop and support action plans based on classroom needs
  • Encourage reflective practice and promote ownership of classroom management
  • Model strong communication and planning between teaching teams
  • Conduct classroom observations 
  • Work with Program Directors to identify priority classrooms
  • Ensure policies are followed and report concerns promptly

You:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Education, Special Education, or a related field
  • Are experienced with 3+ years as a Lead Early Educator or in Early Intervention/ABA settings
  • Have experience with the Pyramid Model framework
  • Are skilled at supporting inclusive classrooms and diverse learning needs
  • Are organized, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Full Time, Monday – Friday Schedule
