What you’ll be doing:

  • Connecting with customers and sales—handling calls, emails, and all sorts of order requests with confidence
  • Keeping our systems up to date (don’t worry, we’ll guide you through it)
  • Following up on deliveries and ensuring customers are always kept in the loop
  • Collaborating with warehouse, sales, and finance teams to keep everything running smoothly
  • Spotting any issues and promptly letting the right people know
