We are seeking a technically skilled and professional individual to join our 24/7 online game show streaming operation.This position focuses on live stream moderation, technical broadcast management, and maintaining stable streaming operations behind the scenes. The successful candidate will not appear on camera but will play a critical role in ensuring smooth live productions and professional audience management.

Key Responsibilities

Chat Moderation

• Monitor and moderate live chat platforms
• Enforce community and platform guidelines
• Handle viewer support and escalations professionally
• Monitor player interactions and report irregularities
• Maintain a professional and controlled chat environment

Broadcast & Technical Operations

• Operate and monitor live streaming systems
• Manage OBS Studio, vMix, or similar broadcast software
• Monitor stream quality, audio, and video feeds
• Troubleshoot live technical issues efficiently
• Ensure stable 24/7 stream uptime
• Monitor network connectivity and streaming infrastructure
• Manage stream switching, overlays, and broadcast health

Requirements

• Experience with live streaming or broadcast systems
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with OBS Studio, vMix, or similar platforms
• Basic networking and IT support knowledge
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and after-hours
• Strong written communication skills
• Calm and professional under pressure
• Reliable and self-managed
