Automotive Customer Program Manager for China Region

This Customer Program Manager role for the China region supports NXP’s S32 automotive platforms, enabling software‑defined vehicle architectures across zonal, body, chassis, and safety‑critical applications. Responsibilities:
- Drive successful customer ramps on NXPs S32 Automotive products/programs in SDV architectures across zonal, body, chassis and safety critical applications through technical support and coordination of internal resources to address the needs of the program.
- Build and maintain strong technical knowledge of S32 products and software, translating customer expectations into proactive actions to minimize risk and issues during new product introduction and launch into key customer programs.
- Develop and sustain strong customer relationships, leading regular technical reviews, status updates, and on‑site customer engagements to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- Own and drive the resolution of customer issues, ensuring corrective actions are clearly defined, implemented, and tracked to closure.
- Support portfolio and escalation management for key customer issues, working closely with quality, engineering, and cross‑functional teams to drive timely and effective resolutions.
- Act as a trusted technical partner to customers, helping them leverage NXP products to achieve system‑level objectives within complex vehicle architectures.
