Job SummaryThe role is responsible for managing technical projects or processes independently with limited supervision. The role includes solving complex problems through investigation and analysis, and managing projects / processes independently with limited supervision. Typically coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage technical projects from initiation to completion on time.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Project cost monitor and control, and money collection follow up.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Typically a University degree, majored in mechanical, engineering, or business management.
- At least of 5–7 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role.
- Being familiar with motors or pumps is an advantage.
- Strong project management and engineering skills.
- Good English skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
