We're on the search for a Carrier Sales Associate who enjoys building relationships, negotiating solutions, and thriving in a fast-paced scaling environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage strong carrier relationships
  • Secure and negotiate freight opportunities
  • Match carrier equipment to load requirements
  • Proactively ensure on-time pickup and delivery
  • Deliver positive, end-to-end customer experiences
  • Act as a key liaison between carriers, internal teams, and customers
  • Use TMS and logistics tools daily
  • Bonus: Experience in logistics brokerage or relationship-driven sales

Starting at $50,000 base plus unlimited performance-based incentive pay potential.
