Every creamy ice cream concoction we create is made with pride and love locally in St. Louis. As a Microcreamery we make ice cream the way is was made in the good 'ol days. All of the milk we use is from local, grass-fed, pasture-raised, hormone and RBST-free cows. We combine our proprietary dairy base with the finest handpicked ingredients from around the world to churn up a decadent 16-18% butterfat ice cream.
All of our recipes are developed from scratch in our 5000 sq ft ice cream kitchen. Starting with real, natural ingredients, real people create every candy, cookie, cake, and sauce that you’ll find in our ice creams. We take pride in our handcrafted ice cream, and you’ll taste the love in every bite as we strive to give you the best ice cream in St. Louis and quite possibly the world.
About the Role
Description
Position Summary:
Production team member creating Clementine’s decadent ice creams, sorbets, and desserts while upholding the company's high manufacturing and food safety and sanitation standards.
- Seasonal (June 2026 - November 2026)
- Part-Time
- 16-24 hours per week
- Tuesday - Thursday
- Day shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate ice cream machines to produce, and package ice cream per approved recipes and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to FDA standards
- Operate a digital scale to measure ingredients accurately
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Perform other duties as directed by leads or supervisors
- Must be comfortable learning and operating manufacturing equipment (including but not limited to: ice cream batch freezers, industrial sized blenders, pumps, COP system)
- Maintain food safety records
- Quality check ingredients and finished ice cream for everything produced

Requirements
- 1-2 years kitchen or food manufacturing experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Lift 30 lbs constantly
- Lift 50 lbs occasionally and comfortably
- Remain standing for the majority of the shift; stoop and reach
- Ability to strictly follow recipes, standards, and procedures while adhering to safety and sanitation rules
- Must have basic math skills
- Tolerate abrupt and significant changes in temperature, due to frequent interaction with freezers and coolers
- Ability to taste, smell, and distinguish colors and flavors
- Must be able to climb step stools of varying heights
- Ability to handle products and ingredients that include milk, egg, peanut, tree nut, soy, and/or wheat
- Reliable means of transportation to and from production facility
