At Mate Precision Technologies, we Respect, Support, and Inspire our employees and customers—and we’re looking for a dependable, motivated Production Operator to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and wants to build skills across multiple manufacturing processes in a clean, team-oriented environment.

As a Production Operator, you’ll support a variety of manufacturing operations that may include saw operations, sandblasting and black oxide treatment, or urethane production. Each operator becomes a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one primary area while also cross-training to support at least one additional process area.

Requirements

Depending on your area, responsibilities may include operating multiple saws, cutting and preparing raw materials, monitoring production schedules, maintaining inventory accuracy, performing sandblasting and chemical treatment processes, operating ovens and manual machines, mixing and pouring urethane materials, and inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

You’ll also operate equipment such as drill presses, punch presses, EDM hole-popping machines, arbor presses, and material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead hoists. This role requires attention to detail, safe work practices, and a willingness to learn and support the team wherever needed.

In addition to production responsibilities, you’ll help maintain inventory accuracy, perform basic machine setup and troubleshooting, participate in continuous improvement efforts such as 5S and Kaizen, and work closely with team members to meet productivity and delivery goals.   On-the-job training is provided to support your success, skill development, and growth within the role.

Qualified candidates will have:

One (1) to two (2) years of manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
