Job Title: Accounting & Office Coordinator 

Department: Office Admin 

Reports to: General Manager  

Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (7:30am -4pm)  

Pay Rate: $20 - $25 per hour

What You’ll Do


· Maintain accurate financial records, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

· Process invoices, payments, expense reports, and customer account collections

· Reconcile bank statements and company accounts

· Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements

· Support financial reporting and audit preparation

· Monitor cash flow and company expenses

· Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes

· Assist walk-in customers with payments in a professional and friendly manner

· Provide phone support for scheduling and billing inquiries


What We’re Looking For


· Strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

· Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

· Professionalism, integrity, and a team-oriented mindset


Qualifications


· Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)

· 4+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience

· Experience with AP, AR, collections, and bank reconciliations required

· Experience with accounting software required; Acumatica experience is a plus

· Payroll support experience is a plus

· Experience in a small to mid-sized business environment preferred
