About the Role
Your mission
In this role, you will develop, optimize, and planning intercompany transactions. A strong sense for planning and operation is crucial for success in this role.Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and Prepare Documentation: Organize and prepare papers and files to execute production orders across all environments.
- Verify Documentation Accuracy: Check the accuracy of documentation, report inconsistencies, and collaborate with relevant parties to resolve issues.
- Order Status Tracking: Monitor order status using ERP systems (MS Dynamics) to ensure timely completion.
- Production Scheduling: Create and update production schedules across all environments in line with production capacity and sales projections.
- Coordinate Production Activities: Maintain communication with internal teams to manage production activities and handle any issues or requirement modifications.
- Intercompany Process Management: Oversee the IC Interface process, including managing OC accuracy (checking tax and other relevant information), placing IC-POs (managing IC pricing according to TPA), receiving IC-POs, and creating IC-OCs.
Your profile
- Preferrably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or any related field
- Production Planning Experience: Proven experience in production planning, preferably in a similar industry.
- ERP Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP systems like MS Dynamics.
- Intercompany Process Knowledge: Familiarity with intercompany processes, including managing OC accuracy, placing and receiving IC-POs, and creating IC-OCs.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production bottlenecks efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between different departments.
