Nestled in the heart of Uludağ National Park, our hotel is looking for a passionate, energetic, and guest-oriented Fitness Instructor to join our Spa team.

The Fitness Instructor will be responsible for overseeing the daily fitness operations, conducting personal training sessions, leading group classes, and supporting the overall guest fitness experience. The role also includes preparing personalized training programs, promoting a healthy lifestyle approach, and contributing to outdoor activities organized by the hotel.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to deliver professional and personalized service in line with international hospitality standards.

Nitelikler

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports & Physical Education (BESYO or equivalent),
  • Certified Fitness Trainer,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred,
  • Experience in Personal Training (PT) and group fitness classes,
  • Experience in preparing personalized workout programs,
  • Pilates and/or Yoga certifications are considered an asset,
  • Open to learning and professional development,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Team-oriented with a guest-focused mindset,
  • Responsible, energetic, and professional,
  • Good command of English is preferred.
