Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service in French for luxury clothing products.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, returns, and exchanges.
  • Ensure a personalized and high-end customer experience, representing the brand's values.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer correspondence in the CRM system.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the latest collections, promotions, and brand updates to inform customers effectively.
  • Exceptional fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • A minimum of B2 in English is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer service within the luxury retail or fashion industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering a premium customer experience.
  • Ability to handle inquiries professionally in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and retail platforms is a plus.
