About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations including receipt accounting in SAP and customer reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries and monitor AR ageing for timely collections.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to customer queries.
- Handle EDPMS entries, IRMs, and tracking of export receivables as per RBI guidelines.
- Coordinate with banks for EDPMS updates, closures, and documentation.
- Reconcile bank receipts with AR records and support month/quarter-end closing.
- Prepare MIS reports on receivables, ageing, collections, and EDPMS status.
- Support internal and statutory audits and maintain proper documentation.
Reconciliation & Reporting
- Perform periodic customer ledger reconciliations and investigate variances to ensure accuracy of receivable balances.
- Reconcile bank receipts with AR records and ERP data, ensuring proper allocation and clearance of open items.
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including validation of AR balances and reporting.
- Prepare and circulate MIS reports covering receivables status, collections, ageing analysis, overdue accounts, and EDPMS tracking.
Audit & Controls
- Support internal, statutory, and regulatory audits by providing accurate AR and EDPMS documentation and explanations.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls & SOPs.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready documentation for all receivable and export-related transactions.
- Assist in identifying control gaps and implementing process improvements in AR and export compliance.
Educational Qualification: B.com/M.com/MBA
Experiance : 3-6 yrs in relevent field.
SAP is must.
