About the Role

Experienced Lab Chemist with a strong background in chemical process control and quality assurance in an aerospace sector with hands-on expertise in surface treatment processes and industry standards.

 

1.Perform analysis and control  for process solutions including anodizing, chemical conversion coating, passivation,Chemical milling,Acid Pickling

2.Qualification of Chemical processes and paint application for OEMS

3.Conduct periodic tests such as salt spray testing, paint adhesion testing, and coating weight measurement.

4.Inprocess testing such as Etch rate,IGA/EGP,Surface Tension

5.Conduct periodic and all test for Paint application.

6.Operate and maintain laboratory instruments including pH meters, autotitrators,atomic absorption spectrometers (AAS) and other laboratory instruments.

7.Awareness of AS9100D requirements and NADCAP requirements for Chemical processing

8. Awareness of  OEM specifications such as Airbus, Boeing, and MIL standards.

9.Documentation & Preparation of SOP 

10.Safety aspects for hadling hazardous chemicals
