Export Sales Specialist

Job Summary Rosalte, a fast-growing FMCG company specializing in international trade, import/export operations, and product distribution, is seeking a Regional Sales Specialist with strong FMCG experience to drive sales growth across regional markets. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with distributors and partners. Key Responsibilities ● Manage and develop sales activities across assigned regional markets. ● Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts. ● Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base regionally. ● Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and agreements in line with company strategy. ● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. ● Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment. ● Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights. ● Support product launches, promotions, and regional sales initiatives. ● Represent the company in regional meetings, negotiations, and trade events.
Qualifications & Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. ● Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably within the FMCG industry. ● Proven experience handling regional or international markets is a strong advantage. ● Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills. ● Bilingual is preferred ● Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English. ● Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness. ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
